Quirky accommodation in Jersey

Jersey Zoo, previously known as Durrell Wildlife Park, is the world’s first zoo dedicated to conservation projects. Established in 1959 by English writer and naturalist, Gerald Durrell, the zoo’s profits are invested back into global conservation projects. The zoo’s residents are housed in four distinct habitats where exotic species like the Mindanao Bleeding-heart Dove, Hooded Pitta, Andean Bear, Montserrat mountain chicken frog and the desert mongoose thrive. You can also stay at Jersey Zoo in glamping tents that recreate the feel of a luxury safari. https://www.durrell.org/wildlife/visit/
